Leadership and Functional Responsibilities
Knowledgeable and experienced in communications skills.
Good analytical skills, able to integrate learning from multiple sources and generate lean information as base for insights.
Skilled project manager:
able to manage research and media agencies
Pre-requisite knowledge in financial principles of productivity
Background in statistics and analytical skills is an added advantage
Understand and manage market catalyst platform, monitor and evaluate productivity in Diageo.
Collaborate with our media monitoring agency for timely and accurate input of ATL data at the beginning of every quarter.
Optimize the A&P spend on the catalyst platform in collaboration with the Saracen team and share learnings during quarterly catalyst day sessions.
Provide intermediary services between our media planning agencies and the brand teams in terms of managing marketing catalyst platform.
Co-ordinate with global productivity team on local requirements and need in regards to marketing catalyst.
Analysis and reporting of monthly share of Voice & Excess Share of Voice.
Compliance reporting for electronic media & OOH
Commissioning and management of tactical consumer research projects through our research agencies.
Qualification and Experience Required
- Background in statistical analysis.
- 1-2 years experience in a marketing and sales environment.
