(KDRTV) – The Director of Public Prosecutions has dropped murder charges against the late Keroche heiress Tecra Muigai’s boyfriend Omar Lali.
Consequently, Omar has been set free unconditionally. The DPP has further opened an inquest into Tecra’s death.
