KCI Chief Executive Officer (CEO) Narain Sokhi, said that it is the first company to receive the certification and it is ready to improve its services by the introduction of modern service diagnostic technology which will help in identifying the condition of a vehicle and how to operate it in case of any breakdown.
“In October 2018, the assessment of our services delivery was at 60 per cent and this made us want to do even better and by January 2020 our service delivery status rose to 96 per cent,” said Sokhi.
Isuzu has managed to build 70 outlets in the country which will speed up the services of their customers and have also introduced mobile service clinics which will help them reach their customers for service delivery.
This mobile service is estimated to take at least two hours for any vehicle repair.
In attendance were the Isuzu director of aftersales and channel development, Julius Mwangi, KCI special projects consultant Amrit Sokhi and the Isuzu Managing Director, Rita Kavashe who promised that KCI will provide 10 per cent extra discount for maintenance of any new Isuzu buyer this month.
